I have a feeling that this will be a great winter break, the best one yet.
I am missing Poland a lot, but so incredibly happy that my grandma is here to stay with us… even if Christmas eve will be spent a bit away.

I hate Snow Ball. Or, I deeply dislike it. This year there is no dressing up, no expectations, no dealing with the social strata of the college party. Yes, this sounds pathetic when I write it- but last year on this night- it was like some giant culmination of everything I had been dealing with all semester decided to storm down on me.
There are still threads of familiar fears floating around,...
